I was born in Manchester, England and moved to Australia permanently in 2012. I have lived in the Southeastern suburbs of Melbourne since then where I undertook years of training in counselling and psychotherapy. 

My passion for helping others and learning about people as a whole has led me to this career, and over the past fifteen years I have accumulated experience in counselling and psychotherapy, both for individuals and businesses. Throughout my own life experiences, I have gained valuable insight into the importance of self-development and emotional intelligence and being able to help others along their journey is a true blessing.
