David Beckham & Mental Health – My Thoughts for the Day

I recently had the privilege of watching the David Beckham documentary, and it left me not only in awe of his incredible journey but also deeply contemplative about the vital topics of mental health and kindness.
David Beckham, an icon in the world of sports and entertainment, has always been known for his charisma and prowess on the football field. However, what struck me most about the documentary was its willingness to peel back the layers and reveal the human side of this global superstar.
